Pastor of faith, author, and faith healer and a television host Chris Oyakhilome (also known as Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, which is also known as Christ Embassy is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique way of telling the Word of God has inspired millions across the globe.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7, 1963 in Edo State in Nigeria. He grew up in a religious family with loving, committed parents. He is the oldest child of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was the pioneer of Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of the Oyakhilome families. She handed down her divine grace on her son at an early stage.

The entire family is engaged with the LoveWorld ministry. The Reverend brother of Ken (the revered pastor of Christ Embassy Houston, Texas Church) and a member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council are his two sisters. KattyWorghiren, the director of LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry is home of several top-selling gospel singers.

Pastor Chris has two children, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following in her father’s footsteps of sharing God’s Word to the world. Also known by CSO her name, she is a talented, award winning gospel artist and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied at Edo College. He then was awarded a scholarship to study architecture at Bendel State University. He also holds an honourary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to be a minister and serve the Lord.
